The RPOW Growth Accelerator is a 2-day strategic planning retreat designed to equip companies with the tools needed to drive real, measurable growth. Over the two intensive days, you’ll engage in sessions that not only provide insights about your company, but also equip you with a Strategic Growth Trajectory Plan that you can use to drive growth at your company.
You’ll participate in a Growth Readiness Discovery Session to assess the company’s current position. We’ll evaluate the assessment and prepare observations, feedback and recommendations. Following this, you’ll participate in a Strategic Growth Trajectory Development session where we will brainstorm, prioritize and document strategic initiatives for your company.
By the end of the retreat, you’ll have:
- A comprehensive business assessment that aggregates your company’s strengths and weaknesses with regard to business growth.
- A detailed business analysis with key insights, observations and recommendations.
- A fully developed Strategic Growth Trajectory Plan will be sent to you that you can use as a framework to grow your company.

The RPOW Growth Accelerator can accommodate up to 5 companies at once. If two or more companies wish to participate together, each company will receive a $500 discount.
The retreat will be held off-site, away from your company’s daily operations to ensure focus and productivity. We can mutually agree on a location that meets the criteria of being quiet, with convenient access to food and necessary facilities.

It’s ideal for those in industries such as consulting, technology, healthcare, and construction management who are looking to drive strategic growth.
You will leave the retreat with a comprehensive business assessment, a detailed business analysis with observations and recommendations, and a fully developed Strategic Growth Trajectory Plan. These tools will help you align your business operations and strategy to achieve sustainable growth.
Day 1 focuses on the Growth Readiness Discovery Session, where we assess your current business landscape. Day 2 is dedicated to Strategic Growth Trajectory Development, where we build a custom plan to guide your company’s growth.
The Strategic Growth Trajectory and Implementation plans will be delivered after the retreat to provide enough time to deliver a solution that can be implemented.
The cost covers all sessions, and materials. Travel, food and lodging expenses are extra and billed at cost.
