How to Work with Someone Who is Always Right

Imagine this scenario:  A team is busy working on a new goal and all of a sudden, an unexpected obstacle shows up, forcing everyone to stop dead in their tracks. An emergency meeting is called to brainstorm options in order to determine a solution.
